A rich history grounded in ongoing collaboration
While the firm’s roots started in 2021 when we spun our group off from LS Investment Advisors, our history runs deep as many of our colleagues have worked together for decades. As you read through the bios you will see a common thread among us of working either at Comerica Bank, World Asset Management, Munder Capital Management and/or LS Investment Advisors.
It’s not only our people, but our clients that ground our history. Many of our clients have been with us for decades and we continue to earn that trust every day. It is our honor each day to work with one another and with you, our current and future clients.
OUR GROWTH TRAJECTORY
The firm’s young history has seen a few key acquisitions. Within our first year, we transacted with Comerica Bank to acquire World Asset Management which reunited several key team members to the YCM team. In 2023, another strategic transaction was made when the Firm worked with Victory Capital Management to bring on members of the INCORE Capital Management team.

Together, we forge ahead
Today we stand at 17 dedicated employees who have a passion for being the best. We manage over $14.1 billion in assets as of 12/31/2025 with an offering that includes over 50 distinct global equity and global bond strategies. Our services are offered primarily to institutions with an emphasis towards traditional rules-based passive strategies or as actively-managed bond portfolios.
